Re: Transfer files to usb hosted hard drive?

you can also use the ftp program that is in development, it has 0 security, but on a home network i doubt that will matter much

Neuros Forums - 16 July, 2007 - 3:57pm
I have a Mac running OSX 10.4 - when I enable "windows file sharing" it requires a userid/password to access the files.

From the Neuros ODS, I can see the mac itself on the network, but not the shared directory, as there's no way to specify the userid ...

Re: Recording directly to ipod

I must admit, my biggest gripe so far is with how poorly the remote signals are received by the unit.

You have to telnet into the OSD via the serial port (or) the LAN connection using a communications program like HyperTerminal, Pro Com or Tera Term Pro or something like that (com port: 8,N,1) (Lan: open 192.168.1.100)
