Objective: To provide a fully functional building system with Open Embedded.
Requirements:
* OSD20 Open-Embedded recipe creation and porting
   * New arm-linux GCC toolchain (4.x)
   * Busybox integration
   * rootfs creation

Bounty 1102: OSD20 software updater
Objective: To provide a fully functional software updating system to allow both
progressively update from Network and download entire packages to
manually install.
Requirements:
* OSD20 software updater:
   * ipkg support
   * emergency self-update through uboot
