We are looking for a high-performing web application developer to help design and build the
Neuros.TV service. This is a contract position that may translate to full-time employment. We are looking for someone who can satisfy the following requirements:

Required:
- 2-5 years experience developing clean, scalable database-driven web applications with PHP5, AJAX, jQuery. Experience with CodeIgniter a plus.
- Comfort with Linux.
- Capable of operating with basic Agile development standards/rapid iterations as requirements evolve.
- Experienced and comfortable in communicating via IRC. Most of our communication occurs real-time on IRC.
- Get things done. We don't like building frameworks around here.
- Flexible on work hours.

Requested:
- Experience working in a startup a major plus
- Experience with open source software and communities that surround them
- Ruby experience (Rails not required)

Additional:
- Compensation will be a combination of cash and equity. Those in it for just the paycheck need not apply.
- Location: anywhere (Chicago is preferred).
