[01:45] <gremlin[it]> good morning all !
[02:46] <MP0> I don't think the OSD uses DBUS... are there any plans to include it?
[02:50] <MP0> I ask because I was trying to cross compile the bluez userspace utilities. The userspace bluez library is fine but the command line utilities apparently require dbus
[04:53] <daurnimator> hey all
[05:00] <MattJ> Hey daurnimator
[05:01] <daurnimator> sup MattJ
[05:04] <MattJ> daurnimator: Catching up after being away :)
[05:05] <daurnimator> i'm so far behind i'm ahead ;)
[05:05] <MattJ> lol
[05:15] <daurnimator> i start uni tomorrow
[05:16] <MP0> It would be nice if grades underflowed to 255 too :-)
[05:16] <MattJ> lol
[05:17] <MP0> I fucking hate cross compiling
[09:31] <vmarks> hi JoeBorn
[09:32] <JoeBorn> howdy
[09:36] <vmarks> how are you, my friend?
[09:37] <JoeBorn> not too bad, just figuring things out.
[09:37] <JoeBorn> how about you?
[09:49] <vmarks> I'm writing an applescript to give away as free software.
[09:50] <vmarks> it came out of a discussion I had with the guys that worked on that 'freezing ram to recover ram contents' paper
[09:51] <vmarks> basically, easy way to give the user to turn off suspend to disk hibernation, or turn it back on.
[09:52] <vmarks> no idea how I quit this channel.
[09:52] <vmarks> weird.
[09:54] <vmarks> you ever get that second iso I sent over?
[11:16] <cfairles> hello. any plans for h264 encoding on the neuros osd?
[11:16] <vmarks> not in the osd as it currently exists.
[11:16] <vmarks> maybe osd2.
[11:18] <cfairles> in light of the recent Flash 9 release that supports VP6, it would be really awsome if you could stream the video directly to a flash player over rtmp. anyway, is there a wiki/forum or anything discussing plans for osd2?
[11:28] <greyback> cfairles: there's some community rambling here: wiki.neurostechnology.com
[12:24] <JoeBorn> hi all
[12:25] <greyback> JoeBorn: Hey there
[12:27] <greyback> Just if you'd like to know, I compiled dropbear (so we can have SSH access) for the OSD and it works nicely in Arizona.
[12:28] <JoeBorn> oh, that's great, I've been waiting for that.
[12:28] <greyback> It needs a tiny bit of customisation, and I need to test thoroughly, but it seems fine. It would be a nice addition to Arizona (getting rid of telnet)
[12:35] <JoeBorn> indeed
[14:29] <gremlin[it]> hi JoeBorn
[14:40] <JoeBorn> gremlin[it]: howdy
[14:46] <vmarks> hi [g2]
