ARM SMP and Linux? Good luck!

As long as the battery life won't suck with Linux, I am ok. From what I know, these embedded little firmware you were licensing can be better than Linux when running on any ARM.

And you know, you are going to have some real fun (NOT) because the Neuros 442 has dual ARM CPUs. From what I know, Linux SUCKS when it deals with dual CPUs on ARM.

Anyways, your choice. As long as it works at the end, and that "end" is not in 10 years from now...

Not SMP...

The 442 will not be SMP linux - the dual core is 1 ARM and 1 54xx DSP. Bettery life _can_ be good on Linux/ARM. I know cuz I used to work for a Linux/ARM embedded company. You have to make sure your hardware can turn off things you're not using and has proper CPU speed/voltage scaling, but it can be a nice combination.

Too vague

That tagline is too vague. There is nothing specifically conveyed about it. A person who hears it won't even get the impression that they have freedom with a Neuros that they don't get with other players. That is important to get acorss. You have to differentiate yourself.

Besides, nowadays "freedom" has been used by politicians so much that the word always leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

i agree, use a differnt

Digital freedom? Freedom to do what? And why do I care if it's digital? Doesn't SAY anything about you do...
