Last night's IRC meeting gave status of the OSD developer samples. Basically it seems that all the hardware works, except Ethernet and hopefully we'll get an answer on that tomorrow (6/15/06). If there are no hardware defects, we should be shipping out <a href="http://wiki.neurostechnology.com/index.php/OSD_Developer_Board_v1" title="reference on developer samples" target="_blank">developer samples</a> then. If it turns out there is a hardware defect, we'll be slightly delayed. I'll post an update on that tomorrow.

There was also some discussion of what can be done with these boards, and some discussion of adding additional memory to support more functionality (which will likely be added). As well as a discussion of the DSP capabilities and how they would be used to support <a href="http://www.enlightenment.org/" title="reference on enlightenment" target="_blank">enlightenment</a> type functionality.
