Engadget has an article on BiTorrent Clients Coming to NASes... which is certainly an interesting development for us to watch.  We've previously talked about the risks of BT on the OSD but obviously nothing will clear up this issue like some actual case law.  Given that BT has been making deals with Hollywood and clearly has plenty of legitimate uses, it's "feeling" a little more comfortable.  Certainly there is some safety in numbers here as well, so it's definitely something interesting to watch.
