Let's all hear it for Crweb. The man's been hacking up a storm, we really need to start taking care of this guy in a way that goes beyond some minor recognition on this blog here. I mean shouldn't we be paying this guy?
Well, in the meantime, we can at least offer him some minor recognition. In his latest adventure, he's getting our development environment to work with scratchbox which will make cross compiling such a breeze that even a monkey can do it. Basically once he gets it setup, it will mean that you don't have to go through the whole Derobert business just to compile a new app for the OSD. In related news, Gao has pledged to include rootfs and uimage along with the upk to further assist with this effort.
Its about time that I threw in the towel on old fedora, and went with ubuntu like the community's been telling me to do for a while now. Any volunteers to help me?
