Welcome aboard Crweb (officially)! There isn't anything at Neuros that's more rewarding than bringing on a deserving volunteer as a full time employee. It's one of the great joys of open source that the talented and dedicated rise to the top, and it's a great feeling to know that, from time to time, we can give something back.

For those of you that don't know Crweb his accomplishments on behalf of Neuros are substantial: from SMB networking that allows the OSD to connected to windows shared drives to a Virtual Machine Image that makes getting started on hacking the OSD much easier and a host of other under the hold issues that he's fixed or enhanced. All this in addition to his influence on the products architecture, which has been invaluable.

It's also humbling to think of all the talented volunteers that have supported us for so long, who we have not been able to offer jobs to. The challenge before all of us is to make Neuros a success so we can grow our organization to give more and more people an opportunity. An opportunity to show the world what they can do when unencumbered by corporate bureaucracy. Thanks for coming on Crweb and helping to create something special for all of us!
